Andrew has been a Local 638 member since 1974.  First, he started as a part-time employee at UPS and then transitioned into a full-time package car driver.  He is an active member of D.R.I.V.E., the Teamsters National Black Caucus and was a Local 638 delegate for the 2001 and 2002 International Convention.  In addition, Kennedy served as a Local 638/ UPS Committee Person and is now an elected Shop Steward. Andrew was elected as an alternate Delegate to the 2006 IBT International Convention.

Terry Kubalak
Trustee

Terry began his career with UPS in 1976 as a part-timer working in the small sort department. He bid a job as a full-time driver in 1985, three years after graduating with a B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota. Terry was elected as a Shop Steward in 1997 while working at the Eagan facility, where he stayed from 1986 to 2002. Because of the expansion of UPS, Terry relocated to the Minneapolis facility in 2003, where he continues his career as a package car driver and Union Steward. He has served as an Observer for the past three officer elections at Local 638. In addition, he was an Observer at the International Teamsters Convention in 2007. In September of 2009, Terry was appointed as a Trustee on the Local 638 Executive Board.

Ron Richardson
Trustee

A Teamsters Local 638 member since 1976, Ron first held the part-time job of package handler and sorter at UPS in the Minneapolis facility. After trade school, he was hired as a full-time Maintenance Electrician in the UPS Plant Engineering Department. Ron has also received a license for Special Engineering from the State of Minnesota. In 2000, Ron campaigned for and was elected as the Union Steward for the package sort operation in the Minneapolis hub. He is an active participant on the Health and Safety Committee at UPS and is involved in D.R.I.V.E. Ron attended the 2001 IBT International Convention as an observer and in 2006 he was elected as a Local 638 Delegate to the Convention. Currently, he is serving as the Union Steward and Trustee to our Local Union.
