Andrew has been a Local 638 member since 1974.  First, he started as a part-time employee at UPS and then transitioned into a full-time package car driver.  He is an active member of D.R.I.V.E., the Teamsters National Black Caucus and was a Local 638 delegate for the 2001 and 2002 International Convention.  In addition, Kennedy served as a Local 638/ UPS Committee Person and is now an elected Shop Steward. Andrew was elected as an alternate Delegate to the 2006 IBT International Convention.

Dan Koehler

Experience: 29 year Teamster

A Local 638 member since 1976, Dan started as a part-time employee and later became a full-time driver at the Star Tribune.  He is an active member of Minnesota D.R.I.V.E. and has served on a number of committees, including:  member of the Board of Directors at the Star Tribune Employee Credit Union, Local 638 representative on the Star Tribune Contract Negotiating Committee, Mutual Problems Committee representative and an elected Shop Steward.
