Vicki has been the Manger of the Local Health and Welfare Fund since November 2003. She is a CPA and has over 20 years of experience working with employee benefit plans.
Prior to her current position, she spent seven years auditing labor unions and related benefit plans. Five of those seven years she audited Teamster Unions and associated benefit plans while working for Charles Marini of Legacy Professionals. She also worked for other CPA firms and provided benefit administration services to a number of clients and internally administered benefit plans at the law firm of Faegre and Benson.
Toni Coleman
Benefits Assistant
Toni joined the Health and Welfare office in February 2004. She has 16 years of experience in benefit administration and has worked for third party administration firms. Toni assists Vicki with daily plan administration duties, in addition to assisting members and dependents with their questions.
Kimberly Dahline
Benefits Clerk
Kimberly started with the Fund in September of 2004 and is usually the first person members speak to when calling the Fund office with questions about benefits and claims. She is also the main contact when members file for disability benefits. Kimberly has over 8 years of benefit experience including processing medical and disability claims and customer service.
Joyce Garratt
Office Assistant
Joyce was the past Administrator and has 38 years experience in health and welfare administration. Currently she is working in the Fund Office on a consulting basis.
