With offices in Minneapolis and Bismarck, Teamsters Local 638 represents more than 5500 workers and their families throughout Minnesota and North Dakota. Our members transport students to school. And we deliver small packages, bakery, dairy and groceries, seafood, chemicals, floral, landscaping, hotel and hospitality supplies, sports equipment, newspapers and periodicals and office products just about everywhere.

Across America, Teamsters are public defenders in Minnesota; vegetable workers in California; sanitation workers in New York; brewers in St. Louis; newspaper workers in Seattle; construction workers in Las Vegas and bakery workers in Maine.

In fact, while the Teamsters are historically associated with drivers and warehouse workers similar to our brothers and sisters in Local 638, our union’s 1.4 million members in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico include every imaginable occupation from A to Z – from airline pilots to zookeepers.
